More than one hundred years ago, the Morrison family left a small island off the Irish coast to settle in New England and fish Maine's icy-cold waters. For many years the family hauled lobster traps on Maine's rocky coast, passing down the their love of the sea and its harvest to our present day generation.
Over time the Morrisons created many ways to serve their catch and today our handcrafted Maine Course products are modeled after these classic downeast recipes.
