Maine Lobster and Pizza! Two perfect foods come together. We asked a local Italian bakery to create an all natural parbaked crust for us to build the perfect Lobster Pizza.. Maine lobster meat, napped in garlic butter and dusted with romano generously covers a layer of  mozzarella and provolone. For our base, we chose a sophisticated pink vodka sauce.
